Iphone 5c touchscreen not working?
So basically, i fell backwards off my chairf and my phone flew out of my hand and hit the fan behind me, when i picked it up i saw the top left corner on the screen and a bit of the left side had come out.
So i pushed it back in but my phone's touchscreen (mainly the left side) won't work.
How do i do this? I can't unlock my phone so should i reset it? How do i do that?
I have already rebooted my phone loads of times but it still won't work.
Take it to and apple store or phone repair store. Resetting it won't do anything
You've caused physical damage to the phone, a reset or restore won't do anything, your best bet is to take it to the Apple Store and get it repaired there.
- Why will my iphone touchscreen work only sometimes? I've tried resetting it that didn't help.shut it off and turned it back on that didn't help either. I can slide it to unlock it but then i can't select any icons or do anything.sometimes it will work fine for a few minutes then it won't do anything. I tried connecting it to itunes them transferring them to my computer but when I did that the contacts I were looking for weren't there only some of them transfered. What do I do? If I take it to the verizon store could they get All my contacts? Should I just fix the screen then get them?
