IPhone 5C won't connect to iTunes 11 on Windows 7?
The iPhone just isn't recognized. Whenever I attach it while my laptop is starting up it starts to charge for like 15 seconds and then it disconnects so clearly my USB ports and cables are fine. I tried looking in the "devices and printers" tab and it came up as "unspecified" and I when ever I try to troubleshoot it it fails and says "install device driver." Any suggestions?

I bought this phone and replaced the screen, the person i bought it off of couldnt remember the passcode so its disabled. I've tried putting it in dfu mode, recovery mode, etc. Still nothing. If i turn it off and leave it plugged in itll charge. I also put in a new charging port because i thought that was the problem. So i can't do anything with this phone… Any ideas?
