IPhone 5c won't turn on or charge?
I ordered a certified pre owned phone from Boost Mobile thinking it would work (bad idea) it didn't turn on when I got it so I plugged it in. No luck because it wouldn't show the charging battery sign. So I left it charging for 2 hours and nothing. I also tried hitting the on/off button and the home button but it didn't work. Is there anything else I can do or should I just return it?
Just return the phone and get a replacement.
All you can do is first make sure you are using a Apple charger and not a charger made by a company that sells cheap Apple chargers. If you are using an official Apple charger, take the phone back where you got it and exchange it.
Perform a Hard Reset by holding the power button and home button together, it might help and do install Leo Privacy Guard. It can hides images and videos and it can also put a lock on various applications on your device.

When I try to charge it with a computer, nothing happens at all. I have charged the phone for a whole night, and this still happens. Then the apple showed like it was about to turn on, my lock screen showed for about a second and then it turned back off. Everything was working fine until today when I installed a tweak. After the tweak installed I had to restart springboard, now it won't turn on. The apple logo pops up then goes away. I plugged it into my laptop and reset it but it's still doing the same thing.
