Iphone 5c won't show up on itunes, says error occurred?

So every time i plug my phone in, itunes will open but nothing will happen, then after a little bit a message shows up that either says, "error itunes could not connect to the iphone because the device timed out"
and it won't show up anywhere on itunes or anything. I've already tried uninstalling itunes, updating both iphone and itunes, deleting drivers and updating them and everything else people said to do on here and it didn't work. I restarted my computer and everything. My phone does charge, but doesn't show up anywhere. Please help before i throw this phone out the window.

Have you ever tried connect your iphone to another computer? If it show on the other one. That could be the itunes' problem. Uninstall the itunes and re-install. Then try to connect your iphone again.
