My s4 can't connect to my schools Wi-Fi saying 'authentication error occurred'?
I got given the password by the principal and now my phone can't connect and my friends s4 and my other friends nexus 7 can't connect having the same problem but all other devices do like an iphone or a s3
What type of security does the network use? Should say something like WPA or WEP. It could be using WEP which is old and unsupported by some devices.

Wi-Fi is working perfectly fine on my phone, but on my dad's phone it says 'authentication failure' - both phones are connected to the same modem so what's the problem?
