IPhone 5S connected to Wi-Fi but not internet?

How do you fix a iPhone 5S that is connected to Wi-Fi but it doesn't seem to have access to the internet. I tried restarting the network and stuff then I tried restarting the router. So I thought if I left it for a few hours it'll work later but still it doesn't connected to the internet. Can you please help me? I'm so desperate.

Can other devices like computer, laptops, other phones, etc connect to your Wi-Fi and do they have access to the Internet? You said you're connected to Wi-Fi… What happens when you try to use Safari?

Hi, i have the same problem with my iphone 5. Everything else connects to the internet fine but when i connect my iphone 5, it shows full Wi-Fi signals yet when i try to use the internet, nothing works.

  • My iphone says i'm connected to Wi-Fi but when i try to run something it says i'm not connected? My phone shows signal, it has a check mark by the device but when i try to open an app it says can't find a connection.
  • My iPhone 5 says it's not connected to the internet, but it is? It won't let me check weather, go on Safari, and Siri won't respond at all. Everytime I load one of those, it always says the same message. I got it almost a month ago, and I would hate to take it to the Apple/Verizon store to get it checked out. I already turned it off and back on for a few minutes, still didn't work. But the thing is, it IS connected to the internet! I'm connected to my phone internet then i connected to Wi-Fi and when i try to go on itunes or the app store it says it can't connect however i can get onto google and youtube and stuff like that.
