Iphone 5s not showing up in itunes?
I just got this bloody phone, haven't done any updates or anything and it won't show up in itunes!
What do you mean "bloody phone"? XD
iphone 5S is a wonderful piece of innovation since the inception of the phone! Wooo!
ok… I had the same issue with my ipad.
1. Do not run itunes yet. Connect iphone to PC first.
click on "my computer". There's a "connected devices" category at the bottom of the window.
if your iphone is shown there as an icon… It will show up in itunes + connect to the itunes store successfully.
oh and… Updates to iphone has got NOTHING to do with it not showing/ showing in itunes.
it's a connection issue.

- Why is my iPhone 6 not showing up in This PC or in iTunes? I have a Windows 10 desktop computer and my iPhone 6 charges when it is plugged into my computer, but my iPhone 6 is not showing up in "This PC" or in iTunes. Also the iCloud will not install on this computer either. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall iTunes with no success.
- Why factory unlocked iphone 4s is showing that the iphone is not activated? I bought factory unlocked iphone 4s on ebay for my sister-in-law who is in europe. And the seller assured that it is factory unlocked and will work perfectly. I have non activated sprint sim card and when i inserted it in to the iphone it showed that "the iphone is not activated.contact the carrier". What does it mean? Does it mean that the phone is not factory unlocked?
- Why aren't my itunes songs showing up in my iphone? I'm trying to sync my playlists… There are songs on my playlist in itunes that won't sync in the playlist on my iphone… They show up as gray with a dotted circle on the left… I bought them on itunes, so it can't be that is the issue… Please help
- Trying to convert itunes song to ringtone, file name not showing up with.m4a? I've found several step by step instructions on how to turn an itunes song into a ringtone for my iphone. I make the song 30 seconds, create an aac version, hit show in windows explorer, but then the next step says change the ".m4a" in the song title file name to ".m4r". The only problem is the file name just shows up with the normal song title, no ".m4a". Any idea what i'm doing wrong?
