Iphone 5s screen recognizes finger on screen?
So my iphone 52 which i bought a few months ago has had a really messed up screen lately, the phone automatically taps on apps and things when i'm not even touching the screen, making it near impossible to work with it.
I think the reason behind this is the text message people have been sending recently that automatically reboots your phone, because my friend sent like 50 of them at the same time, and ever since then my phone has been like this.

That obviously isn't normal, the msg bug shouldn't have anything to do with it, this page explains that http://www.justtext.com/messageboards/20150530151726.html?y615 I've never heard of it doing that, I would restore it to factory but do the things it says there first.
It's nothing to do with any malware or bugs and everything to do with a faulty phone.
Sometimes the screen fails and starts to respond as you have described and it's often connected to water damage. Just having been left in a sweaty pocket on a hot day or in a hot steamy kitchen or bathroom is sufficient to cause it.
Get the source of the fault diagnosed and expect to have to pay for a new screen, although that's not always the cause.
Before you go down that route make sure that you try restoring your iPhone first. As that means wiping it and starting afresh you will want to fully back up your phone on iTunes beforehand.
- IPhone 4 five finger lock screen gesture My girlfriends phone had this dark grey rounded square in the top left corner of her iPhone with a lighter grey circle in the middle, I clicked on the circle and it had options like Device, and Gestures. I clicked on Gestures and pressed 5-finger. It came up with 5 blue rings where, I assume, you should put your fingers but after doing this her touchscreen is unresponsive and she can't unlock or turn off her phone. How do I unlock her phone using this 5 finger gesture?
- Iphone 5s finger scanner? In the new iphone 5s there's a finger scanner. Do we have to use the finger scanner? Can we use the normal password for our phones? I wouldn't always want to use the finger scanner. If I need one of my friends to unlock my phone they couldn't.
- Otterbox iphone 5 finger recognition? The iphone 5 is suposed to recognize your finger print on the home button. Will the defender otterbox allow this or will it cover it up or something to where this is no longer an option. And if the otterbox doesn't allow finger recognition does anybody know a defender case that might?
- My computer USB port won't recognize my iPod but it recognizes my iPhone? Hi! Ok so I have a dell 15' laptop that's barely a year old and my USB port will accept my iPhone and flash drives, but not my iPod classic. I know for sure it's not my iPod since it was recognized on my moms computer and its not the cord because I've tried several different iPod cords… It doesn't seem to recognize my moms iphone 4 either! So if anyone knows how to fix it please please please help!
