IPhone 5s shut off and won't come back on?
My girlfriends phone shut off. And I can't figure out how to turn it back on. She was texting me and it just turned off, while on the charger. She has a back up phone so I found as soon as it happened. But I've tried charging, resetting it on iTunes. And nothing. I don't know what else to try.
You should download the latest ipsw and then restore from itunes by going to your phone and then clicking on shift+restore (if you are on windows) or options + restore (on mac) and let it complete you can download the ipsw here
- My Iphone 4 shut off randomly and won't turn back on? - 1 I've searched the internet and found the same answer: hold the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time to reset the phone. Now the only bad thing is that my sleep/wake button is broken… So I have no idea what to do. I have the latest iOs update. I don't know maybe it will randomly turn itself back on

I have the iphone 4 8g and I have had it for only a month, it is well looked after and I locked the phone then 3 minutes later I tried to access it and it is off and will not come back on, I think I had received a phone call which could have frozen the phone, does anyone know what this is? The phone was purchased from an 02 store and is on pay as you go.
