Iphone 5s touchscreen not responding?

Hi, so since this morning i been noticing my iphone5s touch wount respond. And it will work again after few seconds.
what's happening?
should i be worried?
what should i do?
will it be fixed if i reset the phone?
**also i have sweaty palms so do you think it has to do something with my touch? Should i get new screenprotector***

---------- same reason why androids freeze… Low RAM (making IOS do way to much in the background)… Or… Defective OS
should i be worried?
---------- only if there's no beer in the house
what should i do?
--------- modify background process. Don't make iphone do to much. Or… Itunes restoral and wipe everything… Start fresh… If issue remains, call apple and get new iphone under warranty.

  • My iphone's home and lock button is not responding My iphone was working all day.but, my iPhone home button and lock button quit working. I'm stuck on the settings app, I can't get out. What do I do? It's been like dis for some time
  • My iphone touchscreen is not working properly? It was in a case and hasn't been dropped or exposed to water. I removed it from the case and it is clean. I haven't downloaded any apps recently and I tried restarting the phone. When I touch the screen to move down, it either goes up doesn't move or sometimes switches to another open program. Any ideas?

  • Iphone is cold and touchscreen not working? So I woke up this morning and used my phone, but nothing is working. I can't slide the lock screen button or open any apps, all I can do is unlock my phone with the fingerprint scanner. I looked it up and apparently when the phone gets cold, the lcd screen doesn't work properly or something? I left my phone out on the table all night. How can I fix it? edit: I restarted my phone and it works now
