Added (1). I have an iPhone 6, with Siri unactivated. Last night, I was watching a film with my mum with my phone face down and locked on the table. Her phone rang & she asked me why I was FaceTiming her. I picked my phone up and checked it to see the lock screen come up as normal, with no indication of a call taking place. My mum declined the call & I unlocked my phone to check my call-history, there was no log of the call there.
Added (2). This same thing happened a few months ago, when a friend text me asking why I tried to call her in the middle of the night. I had no log of the call in my call history and there was no possible way it could've happened from pocket-dialling seeing as I was sleeping.
I saw a solution on google saying to wipe my phone, but I just recently had to delete all data from my phone when getting a repair job done by Apple.
Added (3). I don't know if this is at all related, but a month ago I received 500 likes on instagram on one photograph, all the likes were from fake accounts, so I changed my password, but shortly after the FaceTime issue last night, I received 2 fake-account followers.
My phone also once (about a year ago now) went live on instagram whilst in my pocket and, again, it was locked. I had no clue it was on live until I got notifications of comments on my live video.
Added (4). Can anyone help me in finding out what's going on? Any help would be appreciated! And sorry for the long read (I had to make this question via updates seeing as a "sorry, we couldn't post your question" thing kept stopping it from uploading!)

- No reception in apartment, iphone app for making calls and texting through wi-fi? I've got an iphone 5 with t-mobile, the apartment i live in gives me literally no reception at all. But as soon as i step out of it, i get an immidiate 3-4 bars, so I figured it's just my apartment. Does anyone know of any iphone apps that can use my phone number to make calls and text through wi-fi while still allowing me to keep my t- mobile service? So that i can still get calls and texts while in my apartment?
- My iPhone is having calling problems ONLY works with speakerphone when making calls? I don't really know if other people are having this problem but I have had this problem for like 3 months now. My iPhone when people call me or I call them. I'm only able to hear them they can't hear me, BUT when I put speakerphone on we can both hear each other an are able to have a phone conversation. My microphone works with music, voicemail, Vine, Instagram & videos but not during phone calls, Does anyone know the reason? Or could help me.
- My iPhone 5 is really quiet when making calls? Recently my iPhone has been really quiet when I'm on the phone. If I ring someone or they ring me I can barely hear what they are saying. Its only been like this for the last few weeks it was fine before then. All other sounds are loud so the music plays fine and my ringtone/message tone etc is all fine. So does anyone know why or how I could fix it? All help appreciated:-)
- Making 3 way or conference calls on the iPhone? I'm so lost when it comes to conference calls. They don't seen to work as easily as an other phone. When I'm on the phone with someone and add someone else I merge the calls but then I can't seem to end the call with one person and continute talking with the other like the swap option is grayed out so I press end and everyone gets disconnected! Then I could be on the phone already and get a call and when I try to merge the call this option is like grayed out! Why is this?
