IPhone 6 Stuck in a 'restart loop'?
My phone has been randomly restarting recently and now it's gotten to the point where it's stuck on the restart screen (black background and white apple logo), I've tried the force restart where you hold down the home button and sleep button but nothing seems to be working, plugging it into iTunes isn't working either because it connects and then restarts again which causes a disconnect.
Any solutions would be appreciated, preferably without needing to restore the phone again as I have some photos on there I'd like to keep.
Probably need to go to somewhere to get it fixed. Was it recently water damaged? If it was then just do the ole rice method, but if not probably need a new phone.
You will need to take it to an independent apple repairer. The Apple store will simply sell you a refurb iPhone 6 and no chance of data recovery, they don't fix, they simply replace.
It sounds like you need Apple repair store to look at it. Here is apple's link. Read thru the info to see what is applicable to you. If the phone needs Apple repair, they will send you a box to ship it to them. If they can't repair it, they will replace it with a refurbished one
Alternatively, if you have a smartphone repair store in your city (most cities have one these days - they are non-Apple repair stores) you can take it to them to see if they can get it going.
Just open the phone and DISCONNECT the battery and connect it back in! (use instructions on the internet to do this) I promise NO PHOTOS will be DELETED! Their saved into the SSD that can store things without using Energy.
