Iphone 6+ Won't Turn On. How to activate old Iphone 5?

So, my iphone 6+ won't turn on at the moment. But I have my old Iphone 5 still and is working perfectly. Is there anyway I can just switch the sim card in my Iphone 6+ and into my old Iphone 5?

If not, how would I be able to activate my old iphone 5?
