Iphone 6 won't update/restore, previously jailbroken?
Trying to go from 8.1.2 to 8.3, now stuck at the "plug into iphone" screen. I've already tried holding the home and power buttons. Excluding going the the apple store, is there any way to get past this screen? Any help is deeply appreciated
Did you remove the jailbreak first? It's quite possible you're stuck in recovery mode. You can use software called TinyUmbrella to kick it out, or sometimes letting the battery drain and charging it back up fixes the issue. When you want to update, you must restore your device via iTunes first which removes the jailbreak and then you can update. Updating straight away leaves corrupted jailbreak files behind which crashes the device.

I want to undo my jailbreak, and every time i try to update, i get this message that says "there was a problem downloading the software for iphone "ericas iphone" the network connection timed out. I don't get what this means, i'm connected to Wi-Fi, i've tried everything i have my firewall off, i updated itunes, i don't know what else to do.
