My iphone 4s won't update to ios 6.1.3 iphone is jailbroken?
I want to undo my jailbreak, and every time i try to update, i get this message that says "there was a problem downloading the software for iphone "ericas iphone" the network connection timed out. I don't get what this means, i'm connected to Wi-Fi, i've tried everything i have my firewall off, i updated itunes, i don't know what else to do. I have even tried retstarting my phone and that message still pops up, ANY IDEAS!
If you're trying to update your firmware from the Software Update feature on your iPhone, you can't. The jailbreak disables that feature because it can entirely brick your phone, which essentially makes it unusable. Connect your iPhone to your computer, open iTunes, and perform a full restore.It'll remove the jailbreak and give you an entirely new phone. After that's completely, you'll be able to update to 6.1.3 without any problems.
