IPhone 7 can't receive or make calls?

Okay so my phone was working perfectly fine then all of a sudden I called the person back and it fails or if I call them they can't hear me and I can't here there and the speaker option is dimmed( I can't touch it to change it) and I can't turn the volume up or down during a call. Granted my speaker does work when I play music or watch videos, I just can't use it for calls or FaceTime.

Try these two things 1. Go to Settings, tap on General, Reset, Reset Network Settings. If don't work 2. Remove sim card from phone then put back in a boot up phone----Hope one these work for you

  • Iphone4: no reception anywhere and can't make calls or text or RECEIVE any I'm on orange… my iphone 4 has no reception ANYWHERE i go. I can't receive calls or text or anything but i can connect to internet and i can download and play games… I've restarted my phone. I took out the sim and put it back sometimes i get reception when i restart but then i can't make calls or text or receive anything… help? Where can i get this fix? Do i need to change my sim?
