Added (1). I have tried so many different things. I tried to update the software through iTunes too but it just tells me there's an error and it can't. Anyone have any advice before I have to take it in? Besides "get an android" ;) :P
Factory reset.
It's a known problem with flash memory and iOS doesn't deal with it as well as Android.
Those are all signs of a full storage capacity why do think it isn't full? A factory reset will lose everything
Get the app Dr. Cleaner. Free, Trend Micro - and really efficient at cleaning things out. We both love it.
