IPhone boots to recovery mode, then turns off?
I have an iPhone 5. I was updating to iOS 7, and my computer ran out of battery in the middle of it or something. Now, with it plugged in, it goes to the Apple logo for 2 or 3 seconds, then shows connect to iTunes for another 2, then turns off. It repeats this motion constantly. When I unplug it, it shows recovery mode until I plug it back in. Any suggestions?
Your screwed. You could try opening iTunes and doing a restore on the right version(6.1.3). Something tells me you aren't a developer. Where did you download the iOS 7? IOS 7 beta came out for developers earlier today. There's no way it was leaked that fast legitimately, could have been a corrupted file or the wrong version for your device.
You can restore your iPhone, but it will require that your computer stay pluged at a power source.
Interruption during firmware update sometimes may destroy your equipment or it may require special software to erase the damaged booting software.
- My iPhone keeps turning on and off like it turns on and off. Can someone tell me? Okay tbms it turns on and off on and off and then sometimes it shows a red screen for a few seconds then off again and dies out. It's not the battery because I got that changed thinking that it was the cause and it wasn't. So is there anything someone can help me with? The repair guy tried restoring it through iTunes he said it didn't work either it just won't come on it doesn't go pass the Apple logo before shutting off and on again and dying out
- Looking for a jailbreak tweak that boots iPhone straight after being plugged in? As just about every iPhone user knows, when your iPhone battery dies it takes a few minutes to boot. Something I've noticed is when it finally boots it usually has about 5% charge. Is there a tweak that makeshift boot as soon as it has 1%?
- IPhone turns off as soon as i take it off the charger? I have an iPhone 4 with iOs 6 and today it just turned off randomly and wouuld not turn back on. So i put it on the charger, and it turned on. But as soon as i took it off, it died again. It as at 65 percent and is not going up or don. I can't upgrade to iOs 7 because i don't have enough storage and i don't want to restart my phone. What do i do?!
- IPhone screen shows Apple icon then shuts off, then repeats I was updating my software on the iphone when the power went off, then the screen went black and showed the apple icon, then it shus off again, then it shows the apple icon. I plugged it into the computer but they computer does not recogniz it so I can't restore it. What do I do?
