Iphone button is self pressing?
I have an iphone5 and the home button is pressing it's self… It goes to the home page when I try to do things, it goes to the shutdown apps page, and the worst is it goes to the voice control because I turned siri off and when it does that if I don't see it it calls, facetimes and turns on my music. What are my options my phone is 1 1/2 years old so it's out if warenty but not up for new contract?
Try doing hard reset, look that up lol. Its glitching and the only thing to do is go to the apple store multiple times and hope they fix it. Don't be discouraged if they pull the "well i don't know what to do, come back in two weeks if you keep having problems." I had to go there 5 times for my laptop because they didn't know what was wrong with it, so they replaced all of the internal parts and its currently not crashing every 5 minutes, i'm happy. Be consistent. You may get someone who won't make you pay.
- Pressing my home button on my iphone4 doesn't minimize apps? I just purchased a used iphone4 since mine was stolen, however with this new iphone i have now pressing the home button doesn't minimize apps i'm on, like photos or anything, i have to press it multiple times or hold it, is there a setting for this or is my home button broken?
- Pressing an emoji causes any app I'm using on my iPhone 5S to crash? I just updated the newest update and I'm using the Emoji keyboard by Apple and for a long time now, any app I try to use an emoji in, it instantly crashes. Can anybody help with this?
- My iPhone 5 is acting as if I'm pressing the home button repeatedly It keeps exiting out of my apps, turning on and off Siri over and over again, changing color- basically it's executing all the functions the home button does. Thing is, I'm not pressing the home button. I've tried googling the problem but haven't found any solutions. Help please? I'm unable to do anything on my phone currently.
