Iphone frozen and can't reboot?

Ok so I had this case that i wanted to stay on my iphone and i had to superglue it onto the case and some glue got in the lock screen so now i can't use the lock screen/on and off button. And now, a screen popped up that said "your iphone hasn't been backed up" and it froze, and i've had this problem before and i would just reboot it but now i can't turn it off unless i wait for it to die and turn on again. And when i did that the box was still there frozen… What can i do to reboot it without using the lock screen button, or how can i unfreeze it?

Honestly, the only way I can recall is to hold the lock screen button and the home button. You could either let it die, and re-charge it, or take it to a repair place or store.
