Iphone has defect screen but still connects to itunes, does the iphone still work?
My iphone was ran over by a car and the screen is completely shattered.
when i connect it to my laptop, the iphone appears in itunes and i can access all pictures, videos,…
now my question is: does this mean that the iphone still functions properly and just needs a new screen?
I would assume so, but I'm not 100% sure.
Assume that you have a computer, but your monitor gets damaged. But the CPU(the processor) and everything else is working fine. Its just like you are not getting a DISPLAY, but since your iPHONE connects to iTUnes, it means only the SCREEN is damaged. The board in the phone is possibly fine. Get your screen replaced.
- Wi-Fi connects but internet doesn't work? I'm staying at a hotel this week. There's free Wi-Fi. My friend's phone and laptop are connected and working, as are my sister's. However, both my iPhone and my iPod are "connected" to the network, but the internet doesn't actually work. It's very stressful. What do I do.

- Sony Xperia you won't connect to home Wi-Fi but connects to everything else? My brother just got his sony xperia you and it won't connect to our home Wi-Fi. My iPhone 4s, my sister's iPhone 4 and my dad's HTC desire all can connect to our home password protected Wi-Fi. However, my brother's sony xperia says connected with limited connectivity. We went to the local mcdonals and my cousins house and all those connections work. What is wrong with our home Wi-Fi?
- My iPhone connects to my Wi-Fi, but my Mac won't? My Wi-Fi on my Mac book has been working fine the last few weeks. Sometimes it cuts in and out, but usually when it does it affects everybody's connection. Tonight I'm the only person who can't connect to the Resident Hall Wi-Fi. The internet keeps trying to connect but the airport has no connection bars. Under network settings Wi-Fi has a yellow bubble next to it. Any suggestions?
