Wi-Fi connects but internet doesn't work?
I'm staying at a hotel this week. There's free Wi-Fi. My friend's phone and laptop are connected and working, as are my sister's. However, both my iPhone and my iPod are "connected" to the network, but the internet doesn't actually work. It's very stressful. What do I do.
Just steal your friends phone
It's because you own apple products. They only work the way apple wants them to work.
Go to the internet on your phone and go to the tabs it might have a page where you have to go to that the hotel set up where you have to set up stuff
Open Safari, and load a website that doesn't start with https://, for example, google.com
When google opens, you should be redirected to a page that says "agree with terms and conditions". Just hit agree and then you will be granted free Wi-Fi access.

Whenever my sisters iphone connects to the internet and i play a online game league of legends for example, i get a very high ping and i start to disconnect and reconnect. Could you help me fix this. - Sony Xperia you won't connect to home Wi-Fi but connects to everything else? My brother just got his sony xperia you and it won't connect to our home Wi-Fi. My iPhone 4s, my sister's iPhone 4 and my dad's HTC desire all can connect to our home password protected Wi-Fi. However, my brother's sony xperia says connected with limited connectivity. We went to the local mcdonals and my cousins house and all those connections work. What is wrong with our home Wi-Fi?
- My phone is connected to the internet but doesn't show the Wi-Fi bar logo? So I was in the middle of watching a video until my phone died. I charged it and waited for it to restart again. It did but didn't connect to the Wi-Fi after at least waiting 15 seconds for it to connect. I opened the settings app and checked if it was connected. It was connected with a check mark but there was no Wi-Fi bar logo. I was confused and tried watching some videos (which didn't work). Does anyone have a solution to this? P.S, I have a iPhone 6s for anyone who is curious.
- My iphone internal speaker doesn't work on phone calls but does work when hearing a voicemail? The speaker to talk won't work but will work to play music, but not while making a phone call. Or i could hear my voicemail but when making a call i can't hear anything.
