Iphone health kit recording way too many steps?
I have a fitness watch with a corresponding app. I also have an app that tracks the distance of my runs and estimated calories burned, and another app that tracks how many calories I eat. I went on a 3.5 mile run this morning, and my health kit on the iPhone is saying I've taken 16,000 steps. There's no way. Are all of my health-related apps adding up the steps they separately record? How can I change this? My watch, which i never take off, says I have taken about 9,000, which sounds more accurate.
If you're app has the feature of changing your stride, that will help. Some people take longer or shorter strides, so you want to adjust this setting if possible so that the app does not count your strides more that you are actually making.
- Will a iphone 4 Verizon replacement screen kit fit a c spire iphone 4? I just cracked the front screen on my iphone 4 and instead of paying big bucks to cspire to replace it for me, i'm trying to buy a replacement kit off amazon. However, the replacement kits on amazon say that they "only fit Verizon/AT&T/Sprint iphone 4's" but aren't all iphone 4's made the same though? So i'm wondering if "Verizon/AT&T/Sprint iphone 4 replacement kits" will fit a cspire iphone 4.
- Where to find iPhone 4S mod kit (the iPhone 5 backplate)? I've pretty much searched everywhere and can't find anything but stuff on YouTube telling me to go to "iphone5mod.com" but then I still can't find it on there. Can anyone help me? :/
- Is unplugging and plugging in charger to iphone 4s too many times in a row bad for the iphone? For some reason it is become slightly harder to insert the charging cord into the charging port of iphone. So i tested it a few times (6-7) in a row too see for differences. I did not really find anything. Is it harmful to plug and unplug iphone too many times, is it bad for the internal devices and the charging port itself? just too paranoid about my iphone
- Is there any way of recording your iPhone screen? Is there any way of taking a video of an iPhone screen (like a screen-capture but a video) or is there any app you could get that would enable this?
