IPhone internal memory used mysteriously?

I have an iphone4s 16gb. I'm supposed to have 13.5 gb space available. But 4.6 gb of space has been blocked out. In iTunes it is showing by the name of others. In settings, that 4.6 gb has no mention. My total data is 5.7 gb and I only have 3gb space available. I had reset all data on this iPhone and synced it with a new Apple ID.

The 4.6GB is the OS.

  • Would the iPhone 5s internal battery fit my iPhone 5? So my battery on my 5 only lasts 4 hours of usage (with bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 4g, dataroaming, push off and brightness on low. And was thinking if the iphone 5s battery will fitt in my iphone 5. Anyone tried this? Eventually is there any way to have battery ussage 10 hours? I *$*** hate my iphone because of this. And if someone says that i need to purchase an external battery, or get it replaced by apple, the answer is NO! Please nerds help me
  • Why hasn't internal memory on phones increased much? I got passed down an iphone 3Gs with a storage capacity of 32gb a number of years ago. Most pads don't seem to have too much more, and many phones of people I know come standard at 16gb. Considering the amount time that's passed, I would have thought that creating larger storage capacity for in a smaller space for cheaper would have taken more precedent, but as far as phones go, you still pay a decent premium for it.
  • Why does my iPhone say it doesn't have memory when I haven't used all of it? I've had an iPhone 4s for about 5 months now and for some reason it says I don't have any memory left. It's got 16gb. I've used about 5gigs of music and mabey 2 in games but it says I only have 100 megabytes left. I went to system, usage and added up all the things i have downloaded and it comes up to around 10 gigabytes. Why does it say I don't have memory left?
  • My iPhone has 4.3 gigabytes used in photo library when I open the Settings, How do I get my memory back? Why is this and how do I get my memory back? I got the Google Photos app and have uploaded all of my pictures to it and I have no pictures on my camera roll yet when I go to Settings -> Storage -> Manage storage -> my Photos app says I have used 4.3 gigabytes in my photo library can someone help me get my memory back? ( I'm on iOS 10 )
