Iphone issue for backing up on itunes?
My phone broke and I'm still on my one year iphone 4s warranty so I decided to get a new phone…
I don't have icloud on my computer etc…
I DON'T want to lose ANY:
Contacts,
Apps (with all info etc)
Photos
Music
Notes
Bookmarks
etc
When I get my new iphone and turn it on, I want every little thing to be just like I left it on the broken one.
So please help me:/
how and what will be backed up via Itunes
When you plug it in for the first time iTunes will see it as a new phone and should ask if you want it restored from what is already saved.
- Restoring iPhone and backing it up? -Well my iPhone 4S has been going in and out of 3G to the no service circle a lot lately so I've read it's Apple recommended to restore your iPhone. -Now, my iPhone is backed up on my computer, but my question is, when I restore my iPhone back to factory default, am I still allowed to back it up after the restore so I don't lose all my contacts (300 contacts), pictures, etc. -Idk I'm a total noob when it comes to backup and restore for the iPhone: p.
- Not all of my music us backing up to itunes? I've recently brought a new laptop and i'm trying to backup my iphone 5 to the latest version of itunes. A lot of my music hasn't copied. The only music that has been backed up is the songs i've purchased from the itunes store. Is there any way that i could back up all of my music and ready made playlists to my itunes
- Is there a difference between backing up your iphone on icloud and itunes? I reset my phone and couldn't find the backup on iTunes however I found it on iCloud, is there any difference between the backup?
- Iphone won't sync. Just says backing up? Whenever I just plug my phone into my computer it just says backing up when I try to put some music on?
