IPhone keeps saying Verification Required on a free app?

My iPhone SE keeps on saying "Verification Required" on a free app and I do not have my payment information stored in my iPhone. Why is my phone doing this?

Don't use the app, may be a scam app.

  • Iphone 5s not receiving twitter verification code? I just linked my phone to my twitter so I have to type in a code that twitter sends to my phone in order to log in, but whenever i try to log in on my laptop, a code is sent but not received, What can I do? My twitter is logged in on my phone but I can't log in with my laptop. I know my phone is connected because i texted GO to the number twitter told me to text it to.
