Iphone mail problem.password is missing?

I have a lot of problems getting my mails on an Iphone 4S, IOS 6.01.
Mail is not being pushed, I do not prefer that to save my battery --> I always check my mail manually. Today I receive a message that my password is missing (again and again).
On a PC I can read my mail.
What to do?

  • Why does my iphone6 not accept my mail password? I have had the same email address and password for years, it works fine on my Imac and macbook air, it will work fine on my iphone6 for a few weeks but every so often my iphone rejects it. I have tried deletring the account in settings/mail then resetting it, but it still get the same message "Can't get mail" The username or password for mail.btinternet.com is incorrect. It is not incorrect. I use it all the time
  • My iPhone suddenly want accept my e-mail password? The message says "Can't get mail. The user name or password is incorrect. I've checked to make sure both are correct. (They are) and I have no problem getting into e-mail from my laptop or browser with the same password. Yesterday it was fine. What can I do?
  • Is there any way I can use my deceased father's iphone X even though I don't know his password or his e-mail password? My dad passed away recently. He had a fairly new iPhone X. I'd like to use it as my own phone but I don't know the passcode. I watched a video on how to restore the phone but I still can't use it because the phone is connected to an itunes account… And since i don't know his e-mail password, i can't reset it. I went to AT&T (where we were on a family plan) but they said they can't help me. Is his nearly new phone destined to be a paper weight?
  • IPhone 4 Voice mail Password? My iPhone has been asking me for my voice mail password for a few days now, and I just haven't had the time to fix it so I've just been ignoring it. Now the notification won't go away and i can't access my phone, or even shut it off. Any ideas how to get it off?
