There are several tweaks for your iPhone.
1. Clear your RAM. You can do so by pressing the power button until the "slide to power off" option appears on the screen. Then, release the power button, and then hold down the home button for five seconds. This will clear your iPhone RAM.
2. If this doesn't work your best bet is to restart your device. Almost all crashes solves by restarting your device.
