IPhone not working after manually changing date?
I just changed the date on my iphone (4s with ios7) from 2013 to 2011 to download an emulator onto it. I haven't downloaded the emulator yet, but after I changed the year all of my apps stopped working. Some of them say "Network Error". Why does changing the year cause this to happen? Has this happened to anyone else?

A lot of apps are unable to deal with time moving backwards. If they've recorded the time as 2013 and you set the clock back, various internal errors inside the apps could occur. Most app programmers make no provision for setting the clock back because time never moves backwards.
This is why I never set the clock backwards on any computer (except maybe by a few minutes if the clock is way off). Rolling the date backwards is always asking for trouble, some of which can't be fixed without reinstalling the software in question (or sometimes even the OS).
