Iphone notifications for Facebook and Twitter?
How do i configure the settings for both of these apps? Where are they located?
and how do i enable them to have the number at the corner of the app icon? For my whatsapp, when someone messages me there's a 1 in the corner of the icon, but nothing appears for Facebook or twitter.
how do i make this happen?
From iPhone go to setting then notifications then check whether the bar is on for Fb and twitter.
- Why won't my twitter notifications pop up on my iPhone? I restarted my phone about a month ago due to my phone having some problems. After i restarted my phone, I got the twitter app and turned on the notifications even the twitter badge icon. Ever since then, it still hasn't worked. My Facebook and Instagram notifications work but not Twitter. I have iOS 6.1.3 and before I restarted my iPhone, it worked.
- Why don't twitter notifications work on my iPhone? No twitter app's push notifications work on my iPhone 5. I've tried the regular twitter app, echofon and tweetbot. All my notification options have been on in the settings of the iPhone and in each app. I've used each app singly, deleting the previous one every time I tried a new app. I've restarted the phone, reinstalled the twitter apps but nothing has worked. Been driving me crazy! My other push notifications work from other other apps except twitter.

- Twitter SMS & Twitter App Mobile Notifications? I have and Iphone 4, currently up to date, etc etc. When I turn on mobile notifications on twitter I receive both the SMS/404-04 text notification and a push notification from my twitter mobile app. I would prefer to receive the notifications from my app only and not SMS. It would be easier to distinguish tweet from normal texts. Plus The SMS notifications leave my texts list messy. I can't figure out how to do this anywhere. Solutions?
