Did you try to reset your iCloud password? Hopefully it's linked to an email. If not sometimes they can send a verification code to your phone. If that doesn't work you'll have to go to the Apple Store and show ID.
Reset your apple account password through the apple web site. You can do that as long as you have the same email address.
If you have genuinely lost all security info, start buying new equipment. The accounts are the ultimate anti-theft security on apple devices and they can't be "cracked" in any way.
(It cost the FBI a million dollars to extract info from single a locked iphone, probably by having the memory chips opened up and read by specialist equipment.)
Apple simply will not unlock anything without your security info.
Call apple and they will walk you through a recovery

- Will restoring my iPhone on my iTunes unlock my forgotten passcode? I put a new passcode on then stupidly forgot it and nkw I can't get in because i'm getting it wrong.
