IPhone problem connecting to App Store?
I'm trying to download a new app and when it says to insert my password when your apple ID comes but my email does not show up instead someone else's email shows up and i don't know who they are how do I fix it?
Open the Settings app, scroll down to iTunes & App Stores and tap it, tap Apple ID: (An email address) and tap Sign Out.
Now, it will ask you for an Apple ID and password.
Just put your ID and password back in and you're good to go.
- Problem connecting to Wi-Fi on iPhone 5s? When I try to connect to a new Wi-Fi that's just been set up in my house, my iPhone attempts to connect to it, but it keeps giving a swirling loading sign. - Is there a problem with the app store today? Every time I try to connect to the App Store either on my iPad mini or iPhone 5s I get a message saying that I can't connect to the App Store. I'm able to connect everywhere else I log into and even when I try to go to Apples web page it won't load. Is something wrong with Apple and the App Store today?
