IPhone randomly shut off and now it's stuck on the apple logo no matter what I do?
I recently bought my mom an iPhone 5c off eBay recently and I received it this morning. The person I bought it from said the iPhone was working perfectly. I got it this morning and turned it on and set everything up and it was all working fine.
After about 2 hours my mom said she put it in her purse and it randomly restarted. When I turned on it was stuck on the apple logo for a long time and wouldn t turn on. I tried so many times to hard reset it and plug it in and everything, but nothing seems to work. I googled what to do and tried multiple things but nothing seems to work. Every time I hard reset it, it just turns off and then turns on and gets stuck on the apple logo again. I've held the power and home buttons for long periods of time and nothing seems to be happening. Any idea what I should do?
I would just try bringing it in to the Apple Store, they will fix it free of charge sometimes if it's just a simple fix.

First try a hard reset. Hold the home button and power button down until the iPhone powers off and then hold it until it powers back on. If you're still getting this issue, then restore via iTunes, which will for sure fix the phone. If the problem persists after restoring then you'll want to return the phone for a refund.

As of recently, when I use it, I could be texting, snapchatting or watching youtube videos and out of nowhere with no warning, It just turns off. The apple logo comes on the screen and then It turns off again. It comes on and then turns off and it stays like that for about 10-30 minutes. I don't know why it's been doing this and it's getting really annoying.
