IPhone repair shop broke my phone
I took my iphone 5 to get my screen repaired and like a normal customer thought it would take an hour or two I come back once no its not done I come back for the 2nd time and they tell me it broke, it was working perfectly fine minus the broken screen when I arrived he asked me if I had any problems turning it off or anything with the battery and I said no and he told me that the phone won't power on and that they will get me a new one. They have gotten me a prepaid t mobile in the meantime but my question is what would you do in this situation. He even stated this is a rare thing.
As long as they are replacing your phone, they are doing the right thing
- Will the Apple shop replace my iPhone or my phone network company? My iPhone has started to break (not through accidental damage, but a software issue) and I was wondering if it's better to go to an Apple shop or to an EE shop where I bought it. Will any of them give me a free upgrade? Which is more likely?
- Went to a repair shop for Iphone 6 screen and battery replacement and now screen is unresponsive and loose? Should I go back and have them fix it? The battery is fine but the screen response time is so bad and it lags which it didn't do before. Also they screwed in the screen bad. I can see into the phone bad. Will they fix it for free?

- If a iPhone repair shop (that isn't Apple) opens & replaces your phone battery&that. Does it come back exactly the same as when you bought it? Just I swear last time I got something replaced the screen sits a fraction higher up (so the phone is a tiny littlebit more thicker then before) is this true or no?
