Iphone restore failed. Unknown error 4005?
Please Help! I don't know what's wrong with it. It was working fine yesterday then just shut off. My battery at that time was 16%. Then I press Power button, the apple logo appear but it wouldnt turn back on and it stuck there for atleast 30min. So I held the home+button then the apple logo disappear and it starts showing this vertical & horizontal line… Then it just shut off. I tried plugging it into the itunes on my pc but, nothing happen.So i put it into DFU mode and plug it back in. Surprisingly, it recgonizes it. I clicked the restore iphone button… And when it to the "waiting for iphone". The error just pop up " The iPhone "iPhone could not be restored unknown error 4005". Also, I have the latest iTunes version and my PC is update. Then I just unplug it from iTunes. But charge it for the rest of the night. I woke up and did the steps again and nothing happen. I also try doing it on another computer but it still says "error 4005" Please help.
- Unknown iPhone passcode set by unknown person? A passcode has been set on my iPhone without me knowing, now it is locked up. It says here to connect it to my computer and back up then restore my iPhone. Will this clear everything off my phone or will it be the same as it was before it got locked? I have only attempted unlocking it about 5 times in fear of disabling it. I do not want to back up then restore it if it will clear everything off and transfer it to the computer. Are there any alternatives to unlocking my iPhone?
- Trying to restore jailbroken iPhone 4, getting Itunes error 3194 and error 11 I want to wipe my jailbroken iphone 4, on ios 5, so i can update to ios 7. I used tiny umbrella and managed to get past the 3194 error, but then I'm getting error 11. I have tried to erase and reset through the phone only, but it simply shows an endless loading ticker, and not the apple logo and loading bar. How can I reset my phone? - ITunes could not restore iPhone. Unknown Error 21? I've tried everything, and it won't work. It won't restore my iPhone 3. ITunes will not restore it. Error 21. I've uninstalled then reinstalled iTunes. Also, how do I claim ownership of host file or whatever? I tried watching this video but it's such bad quality I couldn't do it. I'm just so frustrated, please help me.
- Itunes can't connect to this iPhone 5 unknown error First time i've had an apple id, iphone etc, downloaded the newewst itunes a few days ago, got my iphone 5 yestarday but it keeps saying this message, i'm signed in with my apple id on both and i only have one id, won't let me sync or anything, anyone know how to fix?
