Iphone says out loud my word corrects?

It will blurt it out and i don't know how to turn it off, any idea? I have iphone 4

It may vary slightly (because these are for the iPhone 5 that I have, and you have an iPhone 4) but go to settings/general/accessibility.

On the accessibility page, you will want to make sure that Speak Auto-text is OFF.

WHY IS MY MUSIC NOT PLAYING OUT LOUD ON MY IPHONE 5? FOR SOME REASON MY MUSIC WON'T PLAY OUT LOUD ALTHOUGH THE VOLUME IS UP, AND I CAN'T HEAR ANY SYSTEM SOUNDS E. G WHEN YOU LOCK IT OR TAP BUTTONS. CAN ANYONE Help, IT ALSO OFF SILENT AND I CAN PLAY MUSIC THROUGH THE HEAR PHONES. IT CAN'T BE THAT BECAUSE I CAN HERE SOUNDS SAY LIKE IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ALARM TONE.
Why iphone won't play media out loud? I got it used off of a friend but for some reason music, youtube, etc only works with headphones. It wot play out loud or een let me turn up the volume through the side buttons, but it will when headphones are in so i know the buttons arent broken. Any suggestions? Also, the speakers work on calls or for the ringtone.
Why does my iPhone 5s play music out loud, even on silent? When the switch on the side of my phone is switched to silent (red bar showing), my phone will still play music, videos, or sounds from apps out loud unless I turn the volume all the way down using the volume buttons. I thought the silent switch was supposed to prevent any sounds.
When I text the word didn't, my iPhone 5s thinks that it's a misspelled word. Why is that? When I click on the red underlined didn't, the genius spell check gives me the option to correct my awful spelling with the option to choose the word didn't. It's so annoying.
