IPhone stuck and disabled for 22, 346, 490 minutes?

I found an iPhone that someone trashed that was perfectly working. So I wanted to try it out, and it said it was disabled for 22 million minutes. The lock screen is stuck on emergency call so I can't even access the camera. I wanted to recover it so I tried to put it into DFU mode, but the home button is broken and unresponsive. And when I connect it to iTunes, it isn't recognized, so I can't restore it from there. I tried downloading 'Tiny Umbrella' to try to kick it into recovery mode, but the device does not show up on the left corner and I can't search for SHSH. I downloaded RedSn0w and tried to restore it from there, but it requires me to enter DFU mode which I can't. What can I possibly do to restore/hard reset this phone? Is there any way at all to force it to recover or is it pretty much a useless brick of machine now? Thank you so much

Added (1). The iPhone is an iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S.

Turn it off by holding the button on the top. Keep it off for like a day while charging it. Turn it on the next day and see if the glitch is gone

Well you could let if sit for 41 years XD or you could find out what's wrong with the home button. Ic you can fix that you're good and there are plenty of guides to taking apart iPhones online.

Take it to a no contract phone company
They'll reset it for you for about $40
