IPhone sync into another computer?

So recently my laptop sadly gave up and died the other day. I've had it for so long and that was the laptop that I use to put all my music, apps, photos etc. And today I wanted to put some new music into my iPhone but I can't because the laptop that I use to sync my iPhone into has broken and now I have my big computer which I use for gaming, is all that's left to sync it with. If I sync my iPhone over to the big computer will all my music, photos, data and everything be deleted?

So is there a way to transfer the data from my iPhone to the big computer without having to delete it and download it all over again?

Picutres and songs will be synced with the new ones whichever is available in your I Tunes Library. Instead of syncing apps, you can install apps from Installous or from cydia, so that your old apps doesn't get erased. To bring to you awareness whatever the photos you have clicked will not be erased. I'm afraid you can't transfer data from IPhone otherwise.

And next to it is a little button that says sync. So IIm guessing it will take my photos. But i don't want that to happen but i need to sync my phone. Is there anyway i can do it without having my pictures going on to the computer?
