I recently bought a iPhone 5S. When it arrived there was no SIM card with it and it was not unlocked, when i tried to unlock it i receive a message saying "Unfortunately, your unlock request was denied because: You haven't fulfilled your service contract." Can anyone help?
You won't be able to unlock until your cell plan expires. You should call your phone service provider (at&t, verizon, etc) and explain the situation. You will then be able to pick up a sim card.
Do you still owe money on the phone or do you owe money on a contract? If not then your unlock request can b denied. Under new laws if you are denied unlocking then they have to give a reason why - if your dealing with a US carrier. Call and ask why your being denied. If you don't owe anything 4 the phone or on a contract then you might have to wait a few months if you just bought the phone. Law says phone companies have to unlock upon request no later than 6 months after you buy the phone as long as you don't owe them money.
- New iPhone won't get service but my older iPhone gets service? I just got a 6s and went to the Verizon store to get my upgrade. I used to have a 5s. My 5s is still getting service and my 6s is not. I turned off cellular data on my 5s and and made sure both data and LTE were working on my 6s but it still isn't working.

- Iphone gets very hot when charging and battery dies fast? I took it to Apple and the associate told me that the battery is fine and said I needed to restore my phone back to factory settings. I did restore it and of course, it did not work. That wasn't very helpful. It's still getting hot when I charge it and as soon as I take it off the charger it loses battery very fast. Within an hour I'm back at 2% battery life. Does anyone know what else the problem could be?
- If T-Mobile Gets the Iphone 5 will Metro Pcs get the Iphone 5 as well? Metro PCS is now owned by T-Mobile now I'm just curious because I heard that T-Mobile is getting the Iphone 5 this 2013 and will they release to Metro Pcs or will Metro PCS will soon close down?
