IPhone won't send or receive pic msgs after the new update?
I did the new update for the iPhone and now i can't send or get any multi-media msgs. I tried resetting my phone multiple times and shutting it off. All the settings seem to be exactly the same. Please please help. I don't know how to fix it
Which generation do you have? I've seen problems like that with the 3rd generations. If its the 4th generations - not sure.
I would suggest taking it in to your carriers store or an apple store.
- Why won't my iphone send pic messages? I have an at&t iphone 4 on pay as you go, it worked perfect all the way up to 5.1.1 software then when i updated to the 6.0 and so on it will not let me send or receive pics. What can i do to fix this problem?

- Why won't my new iPhone 6 (AT&T) send or receive texts/calls? I activated it two hours ago and backed it up with the data and phone number from my old iPhone 4. Both phones now read AT&T and show cellular signal and data in the top left hand corner. But when you text or call my phone number, the iPhone 4 receives it. Why won't my new phone receive it?
- Why do i only receive pic msgs when my cellular data is on? I have an iphone 4s from verizon and for some reason i only receive group msgs and pic msgs when my cellular data is on. I have limited, but when my Wi-Fi is on (most of the time) i never get pic msgs why?
