Iphone won't turn on while charging?

My iphone battery died completely and i put it on charge. Now it is just on the charging screen and has been for about half and hour but won't turn on

If it has some charge already, try unplugging it and wait until the charging screen disappears. Then turn the phone on and put it back on charge.

connect your iPhone charging pin and press menu button for 1-2 minutes. It turn On.

Plug your iphone into the mains charger and once the charging icon appears on the screen press and hold the power and home button at the same time for around 10 seconds. If this fails they you may have a faulty battery which can be replaced at most iphone repair companies

My phone is shattered yes but has never done this before. Its like the whole phone is permenatly dead or something but its been on a charger for 4 hours and nothing has happened except for getting really warm. It won't even show a charging symbol!

What I do to mine is give it a good drop on the ground plug it up and she'll turn right on
