IPhone3g In Recovery. Error 1015

I got a used iPhone 3g today, looking almost new and all, but I reset all of the media settings and it got stuck in recovery. Error 1015. I googled and tried everything but i just keep meeting up with sites that wants me to download something, that when I do, i don't know how to use it and i'm ending up downloading everything.iTunes is telling me I need firmware.

Restore your iphone 3g two times. In both restoration you will get 1015 error then install ireb in your pc and connect your iphone.open ireb and you will see a tab called recovery boot loop fixer click on that and then click on set auto boot true it will do the rest and you done.
