Is 250MB enough for a iphone 4s?

I will be getting an iphone 4s next month and would like to know if 250MG is enough internet usage. I have Wi-Fi at home so i will be using that but when i'm out i will want to use the internet to search up things or to watch youtube videos or programs. At the moment i have unlimited so never had to worry about it.

250mb is about 45 mins of streaming videos on youtube. That means you can't watch more then like 9 videos of 5 mins. In facebook time, it is about 1mb per minute, depending on many things.

I don't think so. Even though I have Wi-Fi at home, lots of public hotspots around the town, Wi-Fi at school, 1GB is barely enough for me. Well, it depends for what you use. NOTE: youtube uses up A LOT of data. In 1 evening of youtube on mobile data I used up like 400 MB…

You would be able to look up an article every once in a while. But you can't watch videos. 1 video may take up 250 MB alone. I would recommend going for 2 GB and then you may be able to watch videos every once in a while.

I have a 2GB per month plan for my iPhone and that works well for me, but I have at home Wi-Fi so you may need to check how much you use it. My phone company also sends me a messge when i have used 50% and 75% of my monthly allwoance so you will know how much you have left.

  • Will 250mb on the iPhone 4s last me? I'm getting a iPhone on contract. It gives me unlimited texts/minutes but only 250mb of data usage. I will only use my internet to send inboxes on Facebook (not update my status) and tweet one or two tweets a day. I never browse the internet, i will only use the usage for social networking. Will this data plan of 250mb be enough? Ps: I have Wi-Fi at home so i will only be using the usage at school
