Is 500mb a lot of Data for an iphone?
I'm planning on getting an iphone and I have two plan options. One offers me 500 mb's of Data and the other 1Gb. I'm big on social networking so I'd probably be using facebook, twitter and instagram a lot. I will probably check my e-mail every now and again but not often. I was just wondering if 500 mb's would be enough?
So uploading the pictures to either of those sites takes data from your plan. So if you do that a lot, 1 GB is the way to go. Uploading, downloading, streaming (Pandora and the like), all takes data to do, unless you are connected via a Wi-Fi connection. Then it does not take away from data.
- Would 500mb data be enough for me? - 1 I just bought an iPhone 4 and I'm looking into getting Verizon. I'm not sure if 500 mb will be enough for me. I get on Facebook daily and I use twitter instagram ifunny and might even browse some web pages. I might use the iMessage and FaceTime features as well. I don't know how often I would use those. And I have Wi-Fi at home. But would this be enough based on your understanding? Please let me know.
- What can I do with 500MB of data? I'm getting a new contract for an iPhone which comes with 500MB of data. When I'm out of the house I tend to tweet and Facebook and opening a few Internet pages then use Wi-Fi at home. Will 500MB be enough for my needs?
- Is 500mb of data enough for these apps on my iPhone? I pretty much just want enough to use kik, instagram, and twitter. A tmobile plan would give me 500mb a month but no overage charges so does that mean I can go up too 2, 000 mb a month without any charges? Ty
- Is 500mb of data enough for the iPhone 4s? I'm looking at plans that I recently bought for my iPhone 4s and a plan that I like includes 500 mb of data. I know that data is for browsing on the internet, but how much is 500mb of data? Is it more than enough or too less? I'll most likely just be on YouTube, Facebook, email, and Google on my phone. Will it be enough?
