Is 750mb of data a month enough for an iPhone 5s?

Going to buy the 5s but not sure if I should get 750mb of data or 1gb of data as I don't want to pay extra for the 1gb when I don't need it.

I receive a lot of emails daily but rarely send them unless it's important, and browse twitter, facebook and tumblr quite frequently too. I never watch videos or anything like that unless at home and connected to Wi-Fi.

My BB uses hardly any data up with all of this but I know iPhone's are a different story.

Will 750mb be enough?

Probably not…

The phone makes no difference, it's what you do with it that matters! Beware of having apps that are actively using the internet while you are not on Wi-Fi, though. I'm sure there will be a way of turning this off. There certainly is with android phones, which I rate more highly than Apple stuff.

If it is OK on your BB, it should be the same on the iPhone. Type of phone doesn't change data use.

  • Would 750mb Internet Be enough? I'm going to buy a iphone 4s and i'm wondering if my plan is ok £29 - 750mb - Unlimited Texts - 500 mins could someone tell me if thats ok or even better explain to me if my internet would be good enough for some medium uses Maybe siri every now and then, youtube video from time to time, facebook, internet? please would soemone help
  • Will 1GB of data a month be enough for an iPhone? I'm thinking of getting an iPhone, but only the small plan, which has only 1GB of data a month. The only thing I go on the internet for on my phone is Facebook. Will it be enough data? Or will it be constantly looking for updates and stuff and use internet data? My old phone did that and took away heaps.
  • What could I do with 750MB and or 1GB? I want to get an iPhone 5 for Christmas but I don't know which contract to get? I use my phone a lot everyday and would use it a lot if I had an iPhone, for twitter, Facebook, instagram, tumblr and most other apps too. I don't which contract to get either the 750 MB or 1 GB because I'm scared I would go over the amount so which one is best and what could I do with both?! (both contracts have unlimited texts, just the amount of data and the minutes change) Thank-you
  • Is 750MB of mobile data enough for me? Been offered a cheap upgrade deal to get the latest iPhone, but O2 are dropping my data allowance to 750MB a month. In simple terms, I use my phone for tweeting and watching funny YouTube videos - is this enough or do I need to increase my data allowance?
