Is a new contract required in order to purchase an iPhone 6?
I was just wondering if I could purchase a plain iPhone 6 without having to sign up for a contract first, because I have a pay as you go plan with verizon, it's just $45.00 a month. I have an older iPhone. I wanted to purchase the new one, but I can't purchase one off of the Apple site unless I sign up for a contract, or get T-Mobile (without the contract) but I don't have, or want T-Mobile. Just wondering if that's mandatory; a contract. Is there another site to purchase a phone off of where it's JUST the phone, then you switch your number over to it?
Pay for the phone full price and you do not have to worry about a contract. If the only way you can get a phone is to make payments, you will be forced into a contract. Pretty simple really. A contract is a promise to make all your phone payments.
Don't want a contract, pay full retail up front.
Want to make payments, time for a contract.
You can buy ANY phone without a contract. The retail price generally runs $400 - $600 more than the same phone with a 2 year contract.
Yeah, but it won't let me purchase the phone contract-free is basically what I was trying to say UNLESS I have T-Mobile, or get it.
- Would I be able to purchase the iPhone 5c and not violate my contract? I bought the iPhone 5 two months ago and now that the 5c is out, I want to purchase it. I'm not able to upgrade, but what if I just went to the apple store and bought it. Would my phone company let me activate it?
- What no contract monthly phone plan can I purchase for my iPhone 4? I have an iPhone 4 that I had from AT&T. I currently have no phone plan and no phone number. I'm using it for mainly Internet so it needs to be a data plan, I've found a couple plans but none of them seem to be good for an iPhone 4 from AT&T
- Is there a minimum time in order to early terminate a verizon contract? I want to get an iphone 5s from Verizon and I heard they sell them unlocked with 2 year agreement. They have a 350 early termination fee so it's 125+350=475.So in the end, it will be cheaper than the unlocked cost. So I was wondering if this would work and would there be a minimum service time verizon requires?
- IPhone 4 contract without purchase of phone? So, my friend gave me her old iPhone 4, and I don't want to pay 800$ to get started. I was wondering, if I have the phone, can I buy a SIM and a contract and use that?
