Is computer engineering a good engineering field?
I'm going to study computer engineering in college and I was wondring is it a good wanted field?
I like computers and softwares and I wanna like make the next iphone or even better.
And is computer engineering more about software or hardware?
Its a great field BUT (there's always but) you gotta work real hard through out your education career, this is one field where knowledge does matter. Weather it about software or hardware depends on your choice, if you choose engineering Computer Science, IT then its mostly related to programming and softwares, if you choose choose engineering in Hardware then its mostly about hardware. Both are good but i would suggest Software.
It is a good field. The point of computer engineering is to bridge the gap between Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, hardware and software. It is meant to be about 50/50 EE and CS. Mainly the digital electronics part of EE and lower-level programming aspects of CS. It is where digital circuitry and other hardware meet the software, the interface. Alot of low-level programming and interfacing. - Smart field search for safari won't turn off? Smart search in Safari of my iPhone will not turn off even though I have disabled it in settings I have gone to settings > safari > smart search field, and turned off search engine suggestions and preload top hit. I have cleared history and cleared cookies and data. I have reset the iPhone by holding the sleep and home button down until the apple logo came on I really want to turn off the smart search so that no suggested sites or top hits show up.
