Is he done with the relationship?

My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship, and we've been dating for about a week. Before we even started dating, he would text back really fast and get really involved in our conversations. Now for like the past few days he hasn't been texting back nearly as fast, he hasn't used smileys or anything (which he always used to do) and is giving one word answers. We both text eachother using iPhones, and I texted him today and it said he read the message an hour ago, and still hasn't responded. The part that confuses me is that hes usually the one to text first and I'm definitely not clingy! Please help, I really like this guy and I'm not sure what to think! Btw, I'm 14 and hes 16.

Well, if it's a long distance relationship and you guys are this young I would recommend looking for someone you can actually see and be with. You are young, and there are PLENTY of people in life you are going to encounter. A relationship that is only a week long really isn't considered a relationship, especially for your age. Consider moving on, girl.

Call him and tell him what you wrote in your question… Tell him that your worried that hes not interested anymore or is cheating and make sure to say that you don't want any problems… Engage in this conversation showing love and worry not hate, hate will change his mood too and he might feel the same way back… Good luck.

With any relationship you both need to be invested but with a ldr you need to be 110% invested both of you… It can't all be one sided, He might be busy or maybe He realizing ldr are harder than he thought… Ldr are hard for adults but for teenagers they are even harder because adults you can actually drive to see each other as teenagers it's kinda harder if neither of you drive and you can't see each other ect. If you been dating a week and he really becoming short, not texting I'm guessing he either don't want a ldr and don't want to hurt you, He busy as end of school yr exams and stuff… I think you need to talk to him on the phone not through text about how you feel.
