Is Hello Kitty tacky? Like is it getting ghetto?

I kinda feel like it is. I used to love it but now I kinda hate it. A lot of ghetto girls are using it. I liked it back when it was simple. Now it seems like there's so much going on it looks cheap. But I don't know what is your opinion? And please I don't mean to offend HK fans, I just wish it were like it used to be.
