I called Sprint's 1-800 number and confirmed with them on three separate occasions the phone was free and there would be no change to my bill. 3. They sent me the phone and upon activation tell me that my bill will go up $15 plus tax. Obviously, I returned the phone. The charge would make my bill go up $15 per month plus tax.

Yet literally no matter where I'm, nothing that uses data loads unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi. Yet my mom's internet loads no matter where she is. It's even happened that we're in the same place trying to load the same thing and hers loads while mine doesn't. Yes, I have my data turned on. I've made sure all my data settings are identical to my mom's. So i really don't know what could be causing this.
